Hotel Wisla Premium

We stayed for a weekend in this hotel during our city trip. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. We liked that the hotel had a pool and spa for guests to use. The breakfast was also quite good with a nice selection of food and drinks to choose from.

The hotel was located a bit far from the city center, which made it difficult for us to get around without a car. the front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful when we asked for recommendations on places to visit in the city.

Restaurant was very good, good choice of food for breakfast and good menu for the evening and lunch. Has jacuzzi and sauna great for relaxing. Room very clean.

Room slightly smaller than expected, no fridge.

Great hotel staff, clean and tidy rooms, very good location, would definietely consider again as an option.

Food...although restaurant was in a perfect set-up - clean, good service, nice view, relaxing music, all the things we ordered did dnot met our expectations and I do not think the food was fresh. Breakfast was ok.

We had an very nice stay at this hotel. The location was peaceful, and we were able to explore nature easily, thanks to the great transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the hotel facilities were modern and diverse. We loved that the hotel had parking and was not far from the center of the city.

I loved indulging in the spa treatments, especially the aromatherapy and body wrap. The restaurant had a great variety of traditional Polish and international dishes.

Oh, how delightful it was to have barking dogs and noisy children running around the hotel all night long. Such a serene experience!

No English speaking staff in the restaurant. Very poor customer service

The hotel was located in a very convenient area, close to the main road leading to the mountains, which was great for our hiking plans. the breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of options. the room was clean and had a nice view from the window.

We were constantly disturbed by loud children running down the corridors and barking dogs in the neighboring rooms.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel located near the main road leading to Kubalonka mountain pass. The location was perfect for exploring the town and enjoying the beautiful views from the windows. The rooms were well furnished with new furniture and had very comfortable beds. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout my stay.

All was great, nothing to improve.

The hotel was located in a quiet area and close to the center of the city. It was easy to get to the ski slopes with just a few minutes in a bus or a train. the room was clean and spacious, with all necessary facilities like mini-fridge and kettle. the breakfast and dinner were delicious with a wide range of options. the staff was hospitable and supportive, and the indoor and outdoor play area for kids was great.

One day, the guests arrived late for dinner, and even though they paid for it, they were refused to be served, which was disappointing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable. The rooms were clean and spacious, with beautiful views from the windows. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the new furniture added a modern touch to the room. Lastly, the breakfast was simply delightful. There was a wide variety of choices, and the food was fresh and delicious. this hotel offers great value, excellent service, and a prime location near the town center and the main road leading to Kubalonka mountain pass.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.
